মিটারড ডোজ ইনহেলেশন(Metered Dose Inhalation)।

1. ক্যাপটি MDI এবং চেম্বার থেকে সরান এবং ভালভাবে ঝাঁকান।
2. MDI মুখপত্রের বিপরীতে চেম্বারের খোলা প্রান্তে ঢোকানো হয়।
3. চেম্বারের মাউথপিসটি আপনার দাঁতের মাঝখানে রাখা হয় এবং আপনার ঠোঁট এর চারপাশে শক্তভাবে বন্ধ করা হয়।
