I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND the appointment of BABUS THE BUEROCRATES as Admisters in a professional bodies like health and medical education. They are more of NUISANCE , I they are root cause for present day status of health care of our country , it\’s very primitive , improper and ineffective . Most of these schemes are nothing but money making opportunities for people sitting at the top. UNLESS and until the health care system is totally run by the PROFESSIONALS , things are not going to improve for sure.
