Dr. Sidharth Sahni has been practicing as an Oncologist for the last 20 years in major hospitals in India and Europe. He is instrumental in learning and adapting the latest technologies and trends in his field. He completed his MBBS from the University of Delhi in 1994. He qualified in surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2000. He then moved to the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan, training with Prof. Umberto Veronesi, in order to obtain his certification in specialist training in breast surgery (2005-2006). Dr. Sahni is a certified tutor at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. He is currently working as Director, Department of Surgical Oncology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute. He has authored several significant papers in reference to breast diseases. Dr Sahni has also recently been appointed onto the board of directors of the European and Asian Society for Mastology (EURAMA), holding the post of President South East Asia Region in the Governing Council.
