  1. We wish to have more faculty positions filled at AIIMS by super specialists . Allowing DNB specialists and superspecialist for faculty positions is a great step , next step forward can be allowing foreign postgraduates to sit at DNB examinations . There are many foreign postgraduates abroad working as faculty at academic institutions with super specialisations , having had publications , research experience .Today’s India should use all the resources it has by avoiding the old licence Raj old style working . AIIMS are institutions of national importance and should have the best Indian minds from all over the world.

Not only AIIMS should cater our masses , but also conduct world class research leading to world class innovations making India a leader in medicine.
