Ivy Health and Life Sciences to raise upto Rs 76 crore from IFC

Ivy health and Life Sciences Pvt ltd, the Mohali based firm operating, a multi-specialty hospitals cum cancer research in Punjab, is all set to raise upto $12m from IFC. The firm had raised a similar amount from Germany's development finance institution DEG two years earlier.

The hospital chain currently has more than 750 operational beds throughout Punjab with the flagship IVY hospital having 200 beds in Mohali, wit more hospitals in Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, and other places in Punjab.

The company plans to use the raised funding to finance their greenfield expansion program besides reducing the debts in their books.
