The Vacancies are in the Department of - Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Haematology, Neurology, and Plastic Surgery.

Specialist:- 05

The Vacancies are in the Department of - Paediatrics, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, and Radiology.

Eligible Candidates (How to Apply):-

(q) Candidates are requested to bring their original certificate in evidence of age of proof (date of birth), educational qualification, medical council registration of the state/MCI, experience certificate along with one set of self - attested photocopies with 2 recent passport size photographs at the time of document verification.

The candidate should check his/her eligibility against the advertised criteria for each post before appearing for the interview. Interested candidate should attend the interview with filled in Application Form (Annexure- II) and enclosing necessary self-attested copies of certificates, as mentioned below:

The following testimonials/certificates are required during the walk in interview along with the application form:-

a) One set of the prescribed application form enclosed with this notification must be printed on A4 size paper and properly filled up and submitted at the time of verification on the day of interview.

b) Two copies of recent self-attested color passport size photograph.

c) One set of self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of:

(i) proof of age (Date of Birth),

(ii) Category (SC & ST), Category OBC in updated Government of India Format, Sub-category,

(iii) Educational Qualifications: (Matriculation, Higher Secondary, Graduate, Post Graduate, & any other),

(iv) Registration certificate issued by State Medical Council/MCI,

(viii) NOC for in service candidate from employer,

(ix) Service bond release certificate if applicable along with Original documents.
