The inception of the Group took place at a time when e-commerce was paving its way into India. The company called Indiabulls Financial Services was established by the Group in the year 2000 whose subsidiary Indiabulls Securities launched offline offices in the country and became a successful online as well as offline company offering brokerage services. However, with the rapid growth of its parent company, Indiabulls Securities was separated from Indiabulls Financial Services. The company ventured into the Indian pharmaceutical industry with the launch of their pharmaceutical company which they called Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals Limited in the year 2016. One year after its inception, the company received a massive investment of one hundred and fifty-five crore rupees from Clermont Group which is based in Singapore. The Group is an investment firm. Indiabulls Pharmaceuticals aims to provide cost-effective and quality healthcare service to the people of the country.
