Martin and Harris Labs Ltd. is the healthcare unit of Walter Bushnell, which is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company established in the year 1915. Martin and Harris Labs Ltd. is owned by the Apeejay Stya & Svran Group. The group, headquartered in Kolkata, was founded by a man called Pyare Lal in the year 1910 was set up in Jalandhar for the purpose of producing steel goods to provide for the Indian agricultural market.
