Jain and the members of his family in the year 1968. It is promoted by the Jain Brothers. It was incorporated on the 22nd of June in the year 1982. It has grown rapidly since then evolving from a small family business that had a total number of twenty employees to an entire group of companies with a stronger field force. The company is mainly involved in the business of formulation, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and medical tools.
