Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Limited is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company with its headquarters in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The company was founded by Rajni V. Patel in the year 1983 and was the result of the amalgamation of the companies Troikaa Parenterals and Troikaa Laboratories. Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Limited was incorporated in the year 1999. The company’s founder Patel completed his graduation in Pharmacy from L. M. College of Pharmacy situated in Ahmedabad. He had a vast experience of more than forty long years in the pharmaceutical industry. The company was set up by him in the year 1984 by converting a cotton mill in the village of Thol in Gujarat into a pharmaceutical plant. This was where the company started its own production. At the time of its humble inception, the company had a field force of just fifteen workers. Apart from the founder, important role has been played in the company by Ketan R. Patel and his younger brother Milan R. Patel who took up the management of the company on behalf of their father. The company demerged from Troikaa Exports Private Limited in the year 2015 and became a public limited company from a private one.

The company specializes in the therapy areas of women health, cardiovascular diseases, diabetology, immunology, critical care, anesthesiology, ophthalmology, weight management, pain and inflammation management, kid health, orthopedic, brain health, supplements and nutraceuticals.

Troikaa Pharmaceuticals has a total number of three manufacturing facilities and its production units are located at Thol in Gujarat, Sanand in Gujarat and Dehradun in Uttrakhand. All the facilities work according to international standards and have received approval from major international regulatory bodies. The company has established its offices at international locations like Philippines, Peru, Kazakhstan, Malaysia and Vietnam. It exports its products to the international markets of Europe, Middle East, South East Asia, CIS and Africa. Troikaa Pharmaceuticals has an international presence in more than eighty-five countries including Asian, African, Latin American and CIS countries.
