Overview
Strawberries are renowned for their delicious taste and potential health benefits. Recent research presented at Nutrition 2024, the American Society for Nutrition's annual meeting, highlighted the significant role strawberries can play in promoting heart health and improving glucose control.
The study involved 36 women and 32 men, aged 20 to 62 years, with an average body mass index (BMI) of 29.8 kg/m².
