Overview
Curry In traditional cuisines, is different and the selection of spices for each dish is a matter of national or regional cultural tradition, religious practice. It is a popular food that contains a high concentration of spices among which curcumin is most beneficial. Many Previous studies have shown major health benefits of curcumin.
High curry-rice consumption is associated with a low prevalence of type 2 diabetes, depression and hypertension finds a study. Findings of the study, published in the Diabetes & Metabolic Syndrome: Clinical Research & Reviews, indicates the potential health benefit resulting from curcumin intake protects people from the dual burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) as well as mental health.
