In a shocking development, a Delhi-based doctor was shot dead by two men inside Nima Hospital in the Jaitpur area, news agency ANI has reported.
This incident was reported from the Kalindi Kunj Police Station area. The staff at Nima Hospital have informed that these two men had come to the hospital with an injury.

Max Hospital slapped compensation for not following medical protocol in treating road accident patient
The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (DCDRC), North-East Delhi recently directed Max Super Speciality Hospital to pay compensation to a patient who underwent treatment at the hospital after sustaining injuries in a road accident.
Filing the consumer complaint, the patient alleged that after undergoing the treatment at Max Hospital, he was diagnosed with a dislocated acromio clavicular joint with superiorly displaced clavicle and edema at a second hospital.

Rajasthan Medical Council Registrar suspended for issuing fake doctor registrations
The Registrar of the Rajasthan Medical Council has been suspended along with 2 others amid allegations of registering doctors with fake documents, officials confirmed on Tuesday.
Health Minister Gajendra Singh established a five-member committee, and its interim report resulted in the immediate suspension of Registrar Dr. Rajesh Sharma along with assistant administrative officer Akhilesh Mathur and junior assistant Farhan. Dr Girdhar Gopal Goyal, Chief Specialist in Surgery at Sawai Mansingh Hospital, has been appointed as the interim registrar.
Heart patient in Kerala dies after being treated by a failed second-year MBBS student
In an alleged case of medical negligence in Kerala, a man who had not completed his second year of MBBS treated a heart patient, resulting in the patient's death. The Kerala Police arrested the "unqualified" resident medical officer (RMO) following the death of the 60-year-old heart patient, Vinod Kumar, at a private hospital in Kozhikode district.
The incident, which occurred on September 23, sparked outrage upon revelations that the medical officer, Abu Abraham Luke, had not finished his medical education.
