Breaking off the guesswork around how many institutes have been granted approval this academic year with respect to new courses, increase in intake capacity or renewal of seats they applied for, the National Medical Commission (NMC) has released the list of 1275 approvals given to medical colleges detailing the types of their applications and the total of number of approved MBBS, PG medical and Super Speciality (SS) seats.
