3 MBBS interns sustain injuries in road accident - Video

Overview
An outing with friends turned into a tragic event for three female intern doctors of Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH) after they sustained injuries in a road accident on National Highway-37 at Kamargaon in Golaghat. Their high speed car allegedly crashed into the back of a moving truck.
Police refusing to reveal the identity of intern doctors reported that they might have been driving the car while being drunk as several empty bottles of liquor were found inside their car leading to the suspicions, as per The Sentinel report. However, an investigation is underway to verify the speculations.
