In the latest development, the Rouse Avenue court on Tuesday granted 4 weeks' interim bail on medical grounds to the Former Director General of Health Services (DGHS), who was arrested in connection with an alleged Rs 700 crore medical procurement scam.
According to an ANI report, Special Judge Vidya Prakash granted interim bail to her after hearing submissions of her counsel. The court has granted her interim bail on a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh and two sureties in the like amount, including other conditions.
