NCDRC frees Orthopedic surgeon from charges of medical negligence
The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) recently exonerated an Orthopedic Surgeon, associated with Hyderabad-based Apollo Hospital from the charges of medical negligence while treating a patient suffering from a fracture of the hip bone.
