NEET Paper Leak Case: Court Defers Framing of Charges to October 14 After CBI Seeks More Time - Video

Overview
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has recently informed the Special Fast Track Court at Rouse Avenue that further investigation is still underway in the NEET paper leak case. With this, the CBI has sought more time to complete the probe.
According to ANI report, after hearing the submissions, Special CBI Judge Ajay Gupta adjourned the hearing on framing of charges till October 14. A supplementary charge sheet against the 14th accused is awaited.
