In the latest update in the Uttarakhand NEET UG admission irregularities case, 36 permanent residence and category certificates allegedly issued at the last minute by the SDM (Sadar), Dehradun, have come under scrutiny amid the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the alleged use of fake freedom fighter dependent certificates to secure admission to state medical colleges.
The latest allegations have been raised by Dehradun resident Pradeep Bahuguna, a social activist who had earlier submitted details of alleged irregularities in NEET UG admissions to the Uttarakhand Health Minister.
