Andhra Pradesh: Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has released the seat matrix and eligible candidates list for PG Medical and PG Dental courses for 2022-23. The university has also informed about the web options.

Seat Matrix –

A total of 1672 seats are allotted for PG Medical and PG Dental courses.

All the candidates whose names are in the Final Merit Position of Management Quota notified on the University Website are only eligible to exercise web options on the above schedule dates as per the Seat Matrix displayed on the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in.

Instruction to the candidates –

1. Seat Matrix is displayed on the University Website for students' information to exercise their Web options.

2. Candidates opting for Medical and Dental Degree/Diploma courses are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercise web options. Candidates can exercise any number of options for any number of subjects and colleges if they are interested in joining that particular specialty in a particular college as per eligibility.

3. Candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the Web and take the printout of the saved options. Candidates are advised to exercise options in Courses and colleges in which they are really interested. If they are not interested in joining any subject or college, they should not exercise options for the same.

4. Candidate can exercise web options from any place having internet facility. One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile number when saving Web options.

5. Selected Options can be slid either up or down, added, and deleted.

6. Web options opted must be saved by the candidate.

7. Web options, once submitted, cannot be Edited.

8. Web options saved but not submitted until the cutoff date and time will be Auto submitted.

9. The selected candidates can download the provisional allotment order on payment of the University Fee of Rs.49600 through the payment gateway and report to the Principal of the Allotted College on or before the date specified in the allotment order. This University fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

10. The selected candidates shall produce all the Original certificates, pay the Tuition fee, necessary bonds, etc., and complete the admission process. If the candidate does not fulfill the criteria as per regulations to complete the admission process on the specified dates, their admission will be canceled automatically.

11. The verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission to the respective College. In case of any discrepancy, the Provisional allotment will be canceled, and action will be initiated. Suppose the candidate slides to other colleges (i.e., affiliated colleges of Dr.NTR UHS) during subsequent Phases of counselling. In that case, the original certificates and tuition fee will be sent to the slid college by the concerned college where the original certificates are present.

12. The joined candidates up to round 2 of AIQ or State Quota shall not be eligible to participate in the further rounds for All India Quota or State Quota from the academic year 2022-23 onwards.

13. In this Phase-I counselling, if a candidate has not joined/reported in the allotted seat, then that particular seat will not be available for that candidate to exercise web options in Phase-II of counselling.

14. Next rounds of counselling (exercising web options) will be conducted for - Unfilled seats in Phase-I, Not reported/Not joined seats of Phase-I.

15. Candidates who have been allotted any seat in any Phase of counselling are not allowed to participate in the Mop Up Round.

16. Candidates already holding any seat at any place are also not eligible for the Mop Up Round.

17. If any candidate joins a seat allotted in Phase-I of State Quota/Competent Authority Quota seat in AP State, they can slide to a seat allotted in this Phase-I of Management Quota seat in AP State. In such case, the tuition fee already paid for the SQ/CQ will be returned to the candidate by the concerned college, and the original certificates will be sent to the slid college by the concerned college where the original certificates are present.
