AIIMS INI CET January 2022 session Round 2 counselling results declared, Details
New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the Round 2 counselling results of INI CET January 2022 session.
The 2nd Round of Seat Allocation for MD/MS/M.Ch.(6 years)/DM(6 years)/MDS, January 2022 Session of Institutes of National Importance, namely, AIIMS New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rishikesh, Bibinagar, Bathinda, JIPMER Puducherry, NIMHANS Bengaluru, PGIMER Chandigarh & SCTIMST Trivandrum is based on online choices exercised from 11:00 am 31.12.2021 to 5:00 pm 01.01.2022 by the provisionally eligible candidates.
Accordingly, 2nd Round of seat allocation (Institute and Subject/Specialty) has been done. The General Rules for Seat Allocation has been described below.
The rank wise list of Candidates Allocated Seats (Institute and Subject/Specialty) of the 2nd Round is attached below:
1. This list includes all candidates who were eligible for 2nd Round of Seat Allocation irrespective of their status of participation in the process of seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) allocation for the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation.
2. This list does not include:
• All those candidates who did not participate in 1st Round of Seat Allocation.
• All those candidates who were Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 1st Round of Seat
Allocation but did not choose any Option online (No Action Taken) by 28th December 2021, 5.00 pm.
• All those candidates who were Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty)in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation and chose option 1 or 2 but did not complete the necessary formalities mentioned in the result of the 1st Round of Seat Allocation by 28th December 2021, 5.00 pm.
3. For the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation, the order of seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) Allocation was based on merit order used for the 1st Round (including institutional preference seat (AIIMS and Subject/Specialty) & Institute (INST) stands for an applicant who has studied and obtained his/her MBBS Degree from JIPMER. The word Institute is not applicable to any other Medical Institution for the purpose of benefit against statutory reservations.
4. In case a candidate who had chosen Option 2 after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation gets a better choice of seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty), the released seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) has been offered to the next (remaining) eligible candidates as per merit order used for the 1st Round of Seat Allocation).
5. For the Open Round of Seat Allocation, the order of Seat Allocation will be based on the rank and category mentioned original merit list.
6. The Seat Allocation for the 2nd Round has been done on the Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) left vacant due non action by candidate after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation.
7. The dates of the Open Round of Seat Allocation have already been published in the Notice No.187/2021 dated 28.12.2021. Candidates are advised to visit www.aiimsexams.ac.in regularly.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED BY CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED SEAT (INSTITUTE AND SUBJECT/SPECIALTY) IN THE 2NDROUND OF SEAT ALLOCATION.
All candidates who have been allocated a Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation are required to visit the website and actively exercise the following options by Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022 upto 5:00 p.m. and report to allocated Institute by Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022 up to 5.00 p.m. with the original documents/Demand Draft as described below.
Option A. ACCEPT allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) Failure to accept the allocated seat will lead to cancellation of the Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty).Kindly read the details carefully.
Instruction for Option A is as follows:
Option A: If the Option of ACCEPT allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty)is selected, then
• The candidate will have to go to the Allocated Institute before 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022 with the Offer Letter (downloaded from the My Page after login at www.aiimsexams.ac.in) and report to the allocated Institute for depositing original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all certificate OR self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi. The DD will be refunded/returned when original certificates are deposited within five days.
• If Original Documents at the time of joining has not been submitted, then the Original Documents should be submitted within 5 days of taking admission, otherwise admission will be cancelled and the deposited DD of Rs. 3 Lakh will be forfeited.
• The candidates whose Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round is at the same Institute where they have deposited Documents after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation must also follow the above procedure.
• The candidates whose allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round is at the different Institute where they deposited Documents after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation such candidates must go to the Institute allocated in the 2nd Round. Their Documents will be transferred internally.
It is mandatory for all candidates who have been Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in 2nd Round to login and exercise the options as mentioned above by 5.00 PM on Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022.
Group I. Candidates who had chosen option 2 in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation. There are two outcomes for them:
Group I A. Candidates who have been allotted same seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round as they had been allotted in 1st Round
Group I B. Candidates who have been allotted a higher/better choice seat (Institute and Subject /Specialty) in the 2nd Round as compared to 1st Round.
Group II. Candidates who were not allocated seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 1st Round but now have been allotted seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation.
Instructions for candidates belonging to Group IA (Candidates who have chosen option 2 in the 1st Round of Seat Allocation and who have been allocated same seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round as they have been allocated in 1st Round)
Option A ACCEPT allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty). The candidate will have to go to the allotted Institute with the Offer Letter (downloaded from the MyPage after login at www.aiimsexams.ac.in) and report in person to the allotted Institute by 5.00 PM on Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022. In case candidate had submitted self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation, then candidate is required to deposit the original certificates at the time of reporting. The demand draft will be refunded, if the original certificates are deposited by 5.00 PM on Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022.
Instructions for candidates belonging to Group IB (Candidates who have been allotted a higher/better choice seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round as compared to 1st Round in the same or different Institute)
Option A ACCEPT allotted seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty). The candidate will have to go to the allotted Institute with the Offer Letter (downloaded from the MyPage after login at www.aiimsexams.ac.in) and report in person to the allotted Institute by 5.00 PM on Wednesday,the 12th January, 2022. The certificates will be transferred internally within respective Institute. Incase candidate had submitted self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi after the 1st Round of Seat Allocation, then candidate is required to deposit the original certificates at the time of reporting. The demand draft will be refunded, if the original certificates are deposited by 5.00 PM on Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022.
Instructions for candidates belonging to Group II (Candidates who were not Allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 1st Round but now have been Allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation)
Option A ACCEPT Allocated Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty). The candidate must report to the allocated Institute in 2nd Round within the dates mentioned in the Important Dates Link.
• The candidate will have to go to the allocated Institute by 5.00 PM on Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022 with the Offer Letter (downloaded from the MyPage after login at www.aiimsexams.ac.in) and report in person to the allotted Institute for depositing original certificates OR submit self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the name of the "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi. The DD will be refunded/returned when original certificates are deposited within five days.
• If original certificates are not deposited at the time of reporting, these will have to be submitted in person within 5 days of reporting, otherwise allocated seat shall be cancelled (Institute and Subject/Specialty) and deposited money will be forfeited.
• In the event of a candidate who has exercised this option but does not report by 5.00 PM on Wednesday, the 12th January, 2022, the Seat Allocated will be cancelled. However,these candidates can participate in the Open Round of Seat Allocation.
Instructions for candidates belonging to Group III (Candidates who were not Allotted Seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 1st Round and 2nd Round Both) All the candidates who had participated in the 2nd round and were not allocated any seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) will automatically be eligible for the Open round.
Note: Any candidate who has been allocated a seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) in the 2nd Round of Seat Allocation and does NOT respond in any of the above manner, his/her offer of seat (Institute and Subject/Specialty) shall be cancelled. However, these candidates can participate in the Open Round of Seat Allocation.
List of Documents/Certificates that are required to be deposited in Original alongwith one set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates OR self-attested photocopies of certificates with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3 Lakhs only (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the name of the "Director AIIMS, New Delhi" payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi.
i) Offer Letter(From MyPage after logging in)
ii) Seat allocation Slip (take a print after online acceptance of the allocated Seat (Institutesubject/specialty)
iii) Final Registration Slip(From MyPage after logging in)
iv) Admit Card issued by AIIMS (From MyPage after logging in)
v) Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.
vi) MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate.
vii) Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate
will be completing the internship by 31st January 2022.
viii) Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council.
ix) High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)
x) The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable*:
a. SC/ST: Original Certificates issued by the competent authority.
b. OBC/EWS: Original Certificates issued by the competent authority and that have been issued within the dates mentioned below, should be in English or Hindi in language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC(NCL)/EWS certificate should be same as provided to Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi within in due dates.
Note: OBC Certificate should be issued by the competent authority for central Govt. jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC Certificates that are applicable only for respective State Governments shall not be acceptable. OBC certificate must be in the Central Govt. Format as prescribed in the prospectus. OBC Candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer.
The dates of issuance of certificates -
• Eligibility criteria and date of validity of certificates remain same as published earlier and closing date of application form shall be treated as 20.10.2021. The OBC(NCL) certificates should have been issued between 17.10.2020 to 20.10.2021 (Last date of online Registration for INI-CET, January 2022), both dates inclusive.
• The EWS certificate must be valid for financial year 2021-2022 and issued on or after 01.04.2021 & on or before closing date of "Completion of Application form" based on income of year 2020-2021.
The allocated PG Course/Subject of candidates who fail to produce valid certificates of respective constitutional categories [OBC(NCL), SC/ST/EWS] will be forfeited and the candidates will be permitted to participate in further rounds under UR category subject to conditions applicable to UR merit list.
c. Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.
d. All PWBD Candidates allotted the seat are required to report alongwith Original PWBD certificate by 12.01.2022 (05:00 pm) at Allocated Institution for verification of Disability certificate.
e. Any other certificate in respect of candidature as per prospectus INI-CET Part-B of respective institute as applicable
Note: Candidates must note that a certificate from any other person/authority will not be accepted and no further correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The name, designation and the seal of the officer should be legible in the certificate.
The allocated seat of candidates, who fail to produce valid certificate of PWBD category, will be forfeited and the candidates will be permitted to participate in further round under their respective constitutional category subject to conditions applicable to respective merit list.
