New Delhi: 545 seats are available in 63 specialities for admission in DM, MCh and 26 seats in MD (Hospital Administration) courses for INI SS July 2022 session, the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) has recently announced.

1 seat in DM Cardiology is normally reserved for candidates with MD in Paediatrics or its equivalent qualification. However, if suitable candidates are not found, AIIMS will fill the seat from candidates with MD in General Medicine. Further, MD Paediatrics candidates may be admitted to general seats if found suitable.

The seats under sponsored seats at AIIMS (all AIIMS) will be available for allocation for candidates applying as Sponsored or Foreign National/OCI. For PGIMER Chandigarh and JIPMER Puducherry, seats in the respective category will be available only for candidates applying in the respective category only.

Candidates note that seats are strictly non-convertible or non-interchangeable between different groups unless expressly mentioned as per rules applicable at any of the participating INI. Any seat remaining vacant in respective groups shall be filled subsequently as per rules applicable at respective INIs.
