BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BSMS Admissions 2020 in DU: AACCC releases instructions
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has informed about the instructions released by the Faculty of Medical Sciences, DU for the candidates with respect to the Centralized counselling for admission to all India quota seats of BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BSMS Courses for the academic year 2020-21.
All the NEET-2020 Under Graduate (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/ BHMS) aspirant candidates are hereby informed that the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi has shared Instruction for the candidates for admission in the University of Delhi in Under-Graduate courses under 15% All India Quota as well as 85% Delhi University Quota after allotment of seat by AACCC Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India 2020.
The same is annexed herewith for reference of candidates allotted seats in colleges under University of Delhi.
Instruction for the candidates for admission in University of Delhi in Under-graduate Courses under 15% All India Quota as well as 85% Delhi University Quota after allotment of seat by AACCC Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India 2020.
A.1st Round:
1. The candidates who are allotted seat in Institute affiliated to University of Delhi under 15% All India Quota as well as 85% Delhi University Quota are required to register themselves online for admission to BAMS/BUMS/BHMS Courses in the Faculty website www.fmsc.ac.in at following links as the case may be :
a. | For 85% Delhi University Quota | Application for admission to UG (Ayurveda /Unani/ Homeopathy) |
b | For 15% All India Quota | Application for admission to UG (Ayurveda/UnaniiHomepathy) |
2.Consequent upon submission of prescribed fees, an online fees receipt shall be generated for the students.
3.The candidates shall report to the concerned college/institution alonwith printout of filled in online application form, fees receipt, and the following original certificates for verification and for completing the admission :-
(i) Passport size photograph of the applicant (120x130) (only jpg & size 150 KB)
(ii)Self -attested copy of NEET-UG-2020 Admit Card (only PDF & size 200 KB).
(iii)Self -attested copy of NEET-UG-2020 Score Card (only PDF & size 200 KB).
(iv)Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card (only PDF & size 200 KB).
(v)Scanned signature of the applicant (200x50) (only jpg & size 100 KB)
(vi)Self-attested copy of Matriculation Certificate for verification of date of birth (only PEW & size 200 KB).
(vii)Self- attested copy of High School/Matriculation/Secondary examination Certificate for admission to BAMS course he/she should passed Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject at qualifying examination (only PDF & Size 200 KB)(For BAMS course only).
(viii)Self- attested copy of High School/Matriculation/Secondary examination Certificate for admission to BUMS course he/she should passed Urdu as one of the subject at qualifying examination (only PDF & Size 200 KB) (For BUMS Course only).
(ix)Self attested copy of high school/matriculation/secondary examination certificate for admission to BHMS course he/she should pass English as one of the subject at qualifying examination. (only PDF size 200 kb) (for BHMS course only.)
(x)Self-attested copy of 10+2 Mark sheet (only PDF & size 200 KB).
(xi)Self-attested copy of 10+2 Certificate (only PDF & size 200 KB).
(xii)Certificate from the Principal of the School on prescribed proforma available at faculty website: www.fmsc.ac.in stating that (i) the school is situated within National Capital Territory of Delhi, (ii) the school is recognized by the CBSE/Council for the Indian School Certificate/ Jamia Milia Islamia, (iii) the school is conducting regular classes, (iv) the applicant has attended regular classes in the school for class (standard) 11th & 12th. (only PDF & size 200 KB) (Important Certificate).
(xiii)Self-attested copy of Character Certificate in proforma as prescribed by CBSE, issued by the Principal of the school last attended or any Gazetted Officer (Only PDF & size 200 KB).
(xiv) Self-attested copy of Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribe Certificate as described in Section-B, clause 1A, if applicable. (Only PDF & size 200 KB).
(xv) Self-attested copy of OBC Certificate as described in Section-B clause B, if applicable. Only PDF & size 200 KB).
(xvi) Self-attested copy of Person with disability (PwD) certificate as described in Section-B Clause C, if applicable(only PDF & size 200 KB).
(xvii) Entitlement Certificate for C.W. category as described in Section-B Clause D, if applicable. (Only PDF & size 200 KB).
(xviii) Self-attested copy of Non-copy layer certificate of the current financial year(i.e. after 01/04/2020) and OBC caste certificate as per the Central list for OBC's(only PDF & size 200KB).
(xix) Self-attested copy of EWS Certificate as described in Section-B clause E, if applicable (Only PDF & size 200 KB).
(xx) Self-attested copy of Overseas citizens of India (OCI) card, if applicable.
(a)Once all the above–mentioned files are uploaded, applicant can proceed with "Make Payment". Applicant can also update the uploaded files and application form using Back button before making payment. After payment is made no changes can be made.
(b) Candidate's application submission process shall be completed only after payment of the online registration fees.
(c) In case a candidate wishes to apply in more than one Course then the candidate is required to submit total fees as prescribed for each course applied.
(d)Please note that the candidature is subject to the candidate's fulfilling the minimum eligibility requirements prescribed for applying to the concerned programme of the study. In case a candidate does not meet the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed for applying to the concerned programme, it is done at the candidate's own risk and cost and if at any stage, it is found that the minimum eligibility requirements are not fulfilled, the admission if granted, shall be cancelled ipso facto. And the fees paid, if any, shall not be refunded in any case.
