Cancellation Of Admission For PG AYUSH Courses: DME Gujarat Issues Details
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has issued details related to the cancellation of admission for PG AYUSH courses for the academic year 2023-24.
The students who have confirmed their admission up to the 3rd Online Round of MD-MS (Ayurveda) and MD (Homeopathy) courses after paying fees at the designated branch of Axis Bank & submitted their original documents at the Help Center and want to cancel the admission, can cancel their admission up to 06.12.2023, 02.00 pm at the Help Center, where candidates have submitted their original documents for admission confirmation. After this notified date, admission will not be cancelled by the admission committee for any reason.
Recently, DME had asked all the PG AYUSH candidates who have taken admission up to Round 3 to report to their admitted institute after completion of the admission confirmation process (i.e. payment of fees & submission of original documents to the help centre of ACPPGMEC & getting Admission order from Help Centre) on or before 1st December 2023. The academic session has already commenced on 1st December 2023.
The admission process for PG AYUSH courses is based on the AIA-PGET-2023 scorecard, choices filled by the candidates and seats available. This academic session, till now round 3 of the counselling process, has been concluded. The round 3 concluded on 28.11.2023. The candidates were asked to report to the Help Centre till 28.11.2023.
The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) regulates the admission of candidates to Professional Post Graduate Courses. The mission assigned to this Committee is to carry out the counselling process in a fair and transparent manner. The admission process is conducted by this Committee strictly on the basis of the merit of the candidate.
