The process of participation –

The candidates (who have not been allotted any seat OR allotted seat but not confirmed OR confirmed his admission OR cancelled his admission during the previous round of admission) can participate in 3rd round, i.e., all the candidates who are included in the Merit-list of ACPPGMEC can participate in 3rd round of ACPPGMEC except the candidates, who have secured admission in 15% AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities/ (MD/ MS/ (Ayurveda) and MD (Homoeopathy)) seats of other state counseling.

It is not compulsory to cancel the admission of the first/second round to participate in the third round.

The candidates who want to participate in the third round have to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in 3rd round; otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process.

To participate in the 3rd round, the candidates have to log in to the website of DME using their User ID and Password to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in that round.

The seats available for admission in the 1st / 2nd round, according to the student's merit, will not be available in the third round or any subsequent rounds. Please see the Last Rank of Results of 1st and 2nd Round on the website of DME.

The candidates can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices of the previous round.

If the candidate's admission is upgraded to the new seat, they have to take a print of the allotment order of the 3rd Round and report to the same help centre at which they reported in the previous round to get their new admission order. In case you don’t report to the help centre within the stipulated time, your new allotment is treated as cancelled. Hence, in this scenario, you do not have admission to any seat.

If the candidates who have confirmed the admission of the 1st / 2nd round and have given consent to participate in the 3rd round have been allotted any new different seat (upgradation of admission), the admission of the previous round will get automatically cancelled.

The candidate who has participated or not participated in 3rd Round, the admission of the previous round can also be upgraded in the same college and same subject by change of category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat), there is no need to report the help centre for confirmation of admission.
