KNRUHS Begins Registration Process For MD Homeopathy Course Under AIQ Management quota

KNRUHS Begins Registration Process For MD Homeopathy Course Under AIQ Management quota

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has begun the registration process for admission into MD Homeopathy courses under Management Quota and All India Quota seats (AIQ).

As per the notice, the candidates can apply up to 6:00 PM on 23-10-2023. The registration and verification fee for AIQ is Rs.2,000/- (Bank transaction charges extra) for OC, BC, SC & ST category candidates (Bank transaction charges extra). The registration and processing fee for management is Rs. 6,000/- (Bank transaction charges extra).

Online application forms without uploading mandatory Certificates or passport-size photos and without signature at the declaration area, incomplete applications will be automatically rejected. They will not be considered for determining the Merit position in respective categories using AIAPGET-2023 rank and allotment. The candidate shall sign at the declaration area in the printout of the online application form and also put a left-hand thumb impression at the space provided without fail.

Verification fee for equivalency –

The candidates who acquired their undergraduate degree outside the State of Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh or Country/Abroad and got their certificates registered with the Council and applying for admission under this University shall pay a verification fee of Rs.5,000/- for degree certificates acquired Abroad and Rs.3,000/- for the degrees acquired outside the State.

The following Documents are required (PDF format) -

1. AIAPGET-2023(Homoeo) Admit Card.

2. AIAPGET-2023(Homoeo) Rank Card.

3. Date of Birth Certificate.

4. Study Certificate – B.H.M.S. (1st year to final year)

5. BHMS Degree Certificate

6. Internship completion certificate.

7. All marks memos from 1st B.H.M.S. to final B.H.M.S.

8. Council Registration Certificate.

9. Credit card / Debit card.

10. Aadhar Card.

11. Latest Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) for BC/SC/ST Categories issued by the competent authority of their respective State. (For cut-off score relaxation in eligibility criteria)

12. Institutional Quota: Sponsorship Certificate from respective Homoeo Medical College for Institutional Quota (MQ3)

Candidates claiming NRI quota (MQ2) Should submit the following documents from a Blood relative such as Father/Mother /Brother/ Sister/ Uncle/Aunt only and should submit a declaration to that effect –

1. NRI Sponsorship certificate (DECLARATION Form)

2. NRI status certificate of the financial supporter issued by the embassy of the respective country under their seal

3. A copy of the NRI Bank account passbook of the financial supporter

4. Copy of Passport of NRI financial supporter

There are 4 steps to register for the application program –

1. Mobile and Email Registration

2. Candidate Registration (Payment of fee)

3. Updating of data

4. Uploading of Certificates

Eligibility –

Candidates who have qualified in AIAPGET - 2023 by securing the cut-off score or above.

Category

Qualifying Criteria

General category including EWS

50th Percentile

SC/ST/BC & PWD Candidates

40th Percentile

Persons with Disability, PWD (OC)

45th Percentile

Candidates should have secured the cut-off score or above in AIAPGET – 2023 and whose names are included in the merit list.

The cut-off score of OC PH / BC / SC / ST is only for the purpose of eligibility for admission. There is no reservation for All India Quota (AIQ).

Those who have passed the BHMS Degree Examination after undergoing a course of study in Homoeopathy of not less than 5 ½ years duration, including the period of compulsory internship;

Or

Those who passed the equivalent Degree Examination were included in the 2nd schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973.

The candidates should have completed the internship by 31-10-2023. Internship completion/likely to complete the certificate by 31-10-2023 to be issued by the Principal of the college.

Number of seats vacant –

The number of seats available under All India Quota (AIQ) for 2023-24 at JIMS, MNR & HAMSA Homeopathic colleges in the following branches shall be notified at the time of exercising web options.

The number of seats to be available for the academic year 2023-24 in Post Graduate Homoeo Degree courses at Private Un-Aided Homoeo Medical Colleges will be in accordance with the orders of the NCH/GOI/Govt. of Telangana. The seats will filled by KNR University of Health Sciences, Telangana State, in accordance with the rules for admission into PG AYUSH courses under Management Quota as notified in G.O.Ms.No.72, HM&FW (E2) Department, Dated:29-06-2022 and University/NCH Regulations.

Details issued –

Candidates who are already admitted and studying the MD Homeopathy course shall not be permitted for counseling until they discontinue the course before submitting the application form, and such candidates shall submit the discontinuation certificate issued by the Head of the Institution along with the application.

Candidates who already hold a Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy in a subject shall not be eligible for admission into another PG Homeopathy Course.

The mere fact that the Merit position issued to the candidate does not imply that the University accepts the candidature, and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

The merit Position of the candidates who have applied online shall be determined based on AIAPGET-2023 (Homeopathy) test ranks as per their eligibility.

The candidates shall submit their web options for subjects and colleges in order of priority and as per their eligibility for the MQ1 and MQ2 categories. The selection committee will select the candidates as per the eligibility of the candidate for the MQ1 and MQ2 categories and as per the priorities exercised by the candidate.

The Selection Committee shall provisionally select the candidates as per these regulations from among the candidates who qualified for AIAPGET 2023 as per the merit list and as per the priority of web options exercised by candidates.

All AIQ PG seats of Private Homeopathy colleges are open in nature. However, relaxation in qualifying criterion may be considered category-wise, as mentioned above. Candidates' domicile certificate is not required for allotment of All India Quota seats in Private AYUSH colleges.

Undertaking in the form of an Affidavit shall be submitted at the time of admission by the candidates stating that the submitted certificates are genuine, and they will be held responsible for any further consequences as per law if any discrepancy is noticed.

The University will take up the verification of original certificates with regard to eligibility conditions, i.e., AIAPGET -2023 Rank and other details as per uploaded relevant certificates by the concerned department officials.

The university shall issue notifications for exercising web options by eligible candidates after verification of uploaded certificates. Allotments are issued as per one-time web options exercised by candidates.

If the admitted candidates (of 1st phase) are allotted a seat in the 2nd phase of counseling as per their priority of options, the seat allotted in the 1st phase is automatically canceled and allotted to the next meritorious candidate.

Admissions will be in accordance with the Government Orders and University Regulations. Candidates are directed to read the Regulations and Prospectus for admission into PG AYUSH courses notified on the KNRUHS website.

After allotment candidate will receive an SMS of allotment. The allotment list will also be displayed on the KNRUHS website.

Allotted candidates should download the allotment order on payment of the University Fee by the payment gateway, check the details of the allotment, and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date mentioned in the allotment letter. If the candidate fails to join the course at the allotted college after allotment in the 1st phase of counseling, the candidate will not be eligible for 2nd phase of counseling.

Candidates shall submit the printout of the filled-in online application form, allotment order, Bonds, and original certificates along with (1) set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college.

Candidate has to pay the college fee and tuition fee at the time of joining. The Admission Committee of the college is responsible for scrutiny of the original certificates submitted by the candidate. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order for admission will be canceled.

If the candidates fail to complete the admission procedure, their selection stands canceled automatically. If the candidates do not exercise web options, they will not be considered for selection in the subsequent phases of counseling.

Vacant seats after the first round of counseling will be filled up in subsequent phases of counseling by the committee as per a one-time web-options exercise by the candidate, and an allotment list shall be notified on the KNRUHS website.

Candidates selected under All India Quota in the counseling conducted by KNRUHS for PG Homeopathy courses in Private Homoeopathic Colleges are permitted to leave /Surrender the seat till the last date of free exit to be notified by KNRUHS on the website with forfeiture of the University and College fee. If the candidate cancels the admission/ discontinues the course after the last date for the free exit, the candidate has to pay a penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- in addition as per State Government order, and they will not be eligible for MD Homeopathy admission under KNRUHS for 3 years.

Candidates, after admission into a College, can withdraw from the course before the last date of free exit for Management Quota, AYUSH admissions are to be notified by the University on its website without any penalty.

Tuition Fee –

AIQ –

Tuition Fee is Rs. 70,000/- per annum as notified in G.O.Ms.No. 184, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (E1) Department Dated: 27-12-2023, issued by Government of Telangana.

Management Quota –

All the candidates selected are required to pay the tuition fee as prescribed by the Government. If any of the candidates who joined a course is allotted to another course in subsequent counseling, the tuition fee paid by the candidate will be adjusted to the newly selected course, and the tuition fee paid already shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

University Fee -

AIQ –

Allotted Candidates have to pay a University fee of Rs. 15000/-

Management Quota –

1. MQ 1 Management Quota sub-category 1: Rs.25,000/-

2. MQ2 (NRI) & MQ3 (Institutional Quota) : Rs.40,000/-
