Maha CET Cell Announces Revised Schedule For CAP Mop-Up Round For PG Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani State Quota Seats
Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has announced the revised schedule for CAP mop-up round for Post Graduate Ayurved, Homoeopath, and Unani state quota seats.
As per the notice, the physical joining and filling of the status retention form with all original documents & requisite fees by DD/Cheque can be done till 18.3.2023 up to 05.30 pm starting from today (14.3.2023). The candidates can check the selection list on the official website published on 13.3.2023.
The choice-filling process is a one-time exercise, and candidates should note that the fill choices consider the eventuality of such seats being added to the seat matrix for mop-up and subsequent rounds.
For candidates with a disability, the physical document verification of selected candidates will be done to decide eligibility or non-eligibility at the time of joining to respective college in the selection rounds.
The reserve category candidates who fail to submit the required documents as per the respective category will not be allowed to join and will be considered as an open category or changed reserved category for further rounds. Such candidates will be considered for selection in subsequent rounds on the available seat as per merit and preferences filled by them, subject to complete filling the eligibility criteria of Open Category/ Change reserved Category provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria of AIAPGET - 2022.
The candidate, to apply for this round, must have passed the final year UG examination from a recognized University Board or medical institution specified in the Schedules to the Act and enrolled in the Central or State register of the Indian System of Medicine and must have completed One-year compulsory rotating internship satisfactorily as on or before 31.12.2022 (for the academic year 2022-23 Only).
The above schedule is subject to change per directions issued by various authorities like AACCC/ State Government/Central Government. The schedule of subsequent round(s) & instruction will be the same as declared in Notice No.01. Dated 29/12/2022. All the concerned should take note of this.
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell conducts the counseling process for AYUSH admissions. The courses include Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani. The Government of Maharashtra has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulating Authority (ARA) as per the provision in Section 10 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.
