Bond Service Allotment: DMER Maharashtra invites applications from MD, MS, PG Diploma degree holders, Check out details
Maharashtra: The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) has invited online applications for allotment of government bond service to MD, MS and PG Diploma degree holders (Summer-2022 Batch). A detailed list of eligible candidates for the Government Bond service has also been released.
As per the notice, the process of the central round for allotment of the services to bonded PG degree candidates will be carried out by filling out the online application form and by online allotment as per schedule. The online application form and preferences can be filled out by 28th July 2022 (11:00 am to 5:00 pm).
On 29th July 2022 at 5:00 pm, declaration of allotment of bond service to candidate and issue of recommendation letter web portal through login ID will be done. The candidates should take the printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter.
The candidates who have MD/MS/Diploma passed during summer-2022 of MUHS from Government/Government added institute are eligible for bond service.
The following is the vacant positions available for bond service –
1. Senior Resident and Tutors in Government/ Corporation/Govt. Aided Medical Colleges.
2. Specialty Medical officers in Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Peripheral Hospitals.
3. Specialty Medical Officer/ Medical Officer in Public Health Department, if any.
4. Specialty Medical Officer/Medical Officer in Navi Mumbai/ Kalyan Dombivali/Pune/Nashik Municipal Corporation and ESIC Hospitals.
All detailed information, including the number of specialty-wise vacant posts, general instructions eligibility criteria, list of documents required to be submitted to the institutes, and tie-breaker for selection, will be published on DMER's website www.dmer.org. All eligible candidates must complete the online application form on DMER's website. Vacancy position posts are likely to change at any time.
The candidates note that the seats will be allotted as per subject merit for posts of Senior Residents, Tutors, Speciality Medical Officer, and Medical Officer based on marks obtained in the Post Graduate degree examination. All posts will be allotted on a merit basis as an open category.
The candidates who don't fill out the online application form and refuse to get the allotment of bond service, such candidates will be deemed to be not interested in complying with bond service. Hence for such candidates, the process of recovery of bond penalty amount will be initiated.
The candidates can fill a maximum of 10 desired preferences. However, if a post cannot be allotted as per preference filled by the candidates, the Competent Authority will be allott any available post of the respective subject.
Documents to be submitted at the respective institute where the candidates will be allotted post –
1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age).
2. First, Second, and Third MBBS mark-sheets (Final Part-I & Part-II wherever applicable).
3. Degree Mark sheet / Grade Certificate.
4. Attempt certificate of all MBBS, MD/MS examinations from the head of the institution.
5. MBBS degree / Passing certificate.
6. MD/MS Degree Passing Certificate.
7. Permanent Registration certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India/MCI.
8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service. (to be downloaded from web portal through login ID).
