Bond service allotment for PG degree holders: DMER Maharashtra notifies schedule, eligibility criteria

Maharashtra- The Director of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Maharashtra, is conducting the central round process for the allocation of social responsibility services to bonded postgraduate degree candidates. Therefore, the process will be done through online applications and allocation.
On this, DMER Maharashtra has issued a notice, giving details of the schedule, eligibility, tie-breaking and documents.
As per the schedule, filling of the online application form and online preferences has started, which will continue till 11.59 pm on 24 April 2025. After this, the announcement of allocation of bond service to the candidate through login ID and issuance of a recommendation letter on the web portal will be done by the evening of 25 April 2025.
ELIGIBILITY
1 MD/MS/Diploma Passed during winter-2024 of MUHS from Govt./Govt. aided institutes
2 All candidates who are eligible for getting bond service as per the list published on the website must fill online application form.
3 If any candidate does not fill online application form, thereby refusing to get allotment of bond service, the said candidate will be deemed not to be interested in complying bond service. Hence, for such a candidate, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated.
4 The eligible candidate can fill a minimum of one preference or a Maximum of ten desired preferences. However, if a post cannot be allotted as per the preference filled by the candidate, the Competent Authority will allot any available post of the respective subject.
5 Candidates should take a printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with the requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter.
DOCUMENTS
The candidate must submit an attested photocopy of the requisite documents to the respective institute where they will be allotted the post as per the list given below-
a SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age).
b First, Second and Third MBBS mark-sheets (Final part-I & Part-II wherever applicable)
c Degree Mark sheet / Grade Certificate
d Attempt certificate of all MBBS, MD/MS examinations from the head of the institution.
e MBBS degree / Passing certificate.
f MD/M.S. Degree Passing Certificate.
g Permanent Registration certificate of the Maharashtra Medical Council or other State Medical Councils in India/MCI.
h Online recommendation letter for allotment of bond service. (to be downloaded from the web portal through the Log in ID).
RULE OF TIE-BREAKER
Selection of a candidate for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure for preparation of the merit list as given below-
FIRST LEVEL- The Candidate having the Highest Mark in the postgraduate examination (MD/M.S)will be preferred.
If the tie persists, then -
SECOND LEVEL- The Candidate with higher aggregate mark (Converted into percentile) at first, Second, and Third MBBS Examination (part I &II) taken together shall be preferred
If the tie persists, then -
THIRD LEVEL- The candidate with higher aggregate marks (converted into percentile) at Third MBBS Examination (part I & II taken together will be preferred.
If the tie persists, then -
FOURTH LEVEL- The older candidate will be preferred.
