Commencement of NEET PG Counselling 2021 to Begin In 2 Days - Video
Overview
Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) allocates medical seats every year all over India. Students who cleared the NEET PG examination had to wait a little longer until supreme court order had to be cleared. The counselling was to happen in October 2020 but was delayed due to petitions against government regarding reservation seats for Other Backward Castes OBCs and Economically Weaker Section EWS.
Ending the anticipation of the commencement date for NEET PG Counselling 2021 the Union Health Minister has recently stated that the counselling process by MCC will be starting from January 12th 2022.
Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya shared the news via a tweet, "NEET-PG counselling is being started by MCC from January 12, 2022, following the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, as assured by the Ministry of Health to the resident doctors. This will give more strength to the country in the fight against Corona. My best wishes to all the candidates," the minister had tweeted in Hindi.
