Maha CET Cell Announces Choice filling Schedule For BDS Stray Vacancy Round 5, details
Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has announced the schedule for online preference/choice form filling and online stray vacancy round -5 for BDS courses only for the academic year 2023-24.
As per the notice, the candidates can fill the choices up to 26/10/2023 up to 11:59 pm. The selection list will be declared on 27/10/2023. The physical joining with all original documents & requisite fees by DD at the allotted college can be carried out from 28/10/2023 to 31/10/2023 (05.30 pm).
Only those candidates who were not allotted any seat until online stray vacancy round 4 are eligible to insert the college code of these seats anywhere as per preference. The seats will be allotted as per the new sequence of preference as per merit.
Only those candidates who have registered with the State CET cell as per the schedule but not given a single preference/ missed to give preference in the previous process such candidates can give preference only for these seats.
Those candidates who do not fill the new preference will be considered as per the previous preference of the online stray vacancy round as per merit if eligible. No other candidate can fill the choices during this process.
The admission process for online stray vacancy round 4 is completed. However, there are seats for which the candidates did not fill preference. Hence, in view of the seats left vacant, the Competent Authority has decided to conduct an online preference/choice form-filling process for only those seats that are vacant after online stray vacancy round 4.
Seats vacant –
A total of 65 seats are vacant after the completion of round 4 for the BDS course. This year, most of the seats are left vacant at Private Colleges.
