MDS Admissions: Check out list of required documents for Ex AFMS SSC Dental Officers

Pune- The Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) has issued a notice for Priority IV candidates for AFMS MDS admission in the academic year 2025, through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2025.
As per the notice, online counselling, consisting of registration, payment, choice filling/locking, and processing of provisional seat allotment for Priority-III, IV, and V candidates, for seats in AFMS Institutions, for the academic session 2025-28, will be conducted by the MCC through its official web portal or website.
Priority-IV Candidates, i.e. Ex AFMS SSC Dental Officers within 3 years of release, i.e., not before 01 May 2022, who are desirous of attending AFMS PG (MDS) admission 2025 are required to forward a scanned copy of the following documents by e-mail to with the subject 'NEET MDS ROLL NO XYZ: PRIORITY-IV ADMISSION THROUGH NEET MDS 2025' from today onwards till 10:00 AM on 20 Jun 2025. The documents are as follows-
1 NEET MDS-2025 Admit Card.
2 Copy of release order from AFMS by DGAFMS/ Concerned Medical Directorate/ NOC.
3 Score Card.
Along with this, Priority-IV Candidates should also specify the following details in the e-mail-
a E-mail ID registered for NEET MDS-2025 with NBE.
b Mobile No registered with NBE for NEET MDS-2025.
c Alternate Mobile No.

Online counselling for Priority I & II candidates will be conducted by the AFMS. Online counselling consisting of registration, payment, choice filling/ locking and processing of provisional seat allotment for Priority-III, IV & V candidates for the academic session 2025-28 will be conducted by MCC through their web portal/ website. Desirous candidates are to print and retain a copy of the registration slip till completion of the admission process.
