Phase III Candidates can withdraw from BDS course till April 19: Dr NTR University of Health Sciences issues notice, Details
Andhra Pradesh : Through a recent notice, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences has issued information with respect to phase III of BDS web counselling. As per the notice, Candidates are permitted to withdraw from the course on or before 19.04.2022.
The candidates who have already exercised one time web options as per the notification dated.22.03.2022 are hereby informed that the following seats are available for phase 3 of counseling schedule on 16.04.2022. List of vacancies displayed on the University website.
The details of seats are available as follows:

The selections will be made strictly as per the G.O.Rt.No.550, dated 30.07.2001 as amended vide G.O.Rt.No.111, dated.13.08.2019 and G.O.Rt.No.159, Higher Education (E.C) Department, Dated.13.11.2020.
3The candidates who have joined in the allotted college and also the candidates who have not been allotted BDS seat will be considered for the available vacancies in the phase-3 of counselling for upgradation/sliding to other college basing on the ONE TIME OPTIONS ALREADY EXERCISED BY THE CANDIDATES. Seats vacated by candidates sliding during this phase of counseling will be added and allotted simultaneously during this phase of counseling. The existing seat will be cancelled automatically on allotment of a seat in this phase 3 of counseling as per his/her option
The mop-up counseling will be conducted for the vacancies arised due to non-joining of candidates in the allotted seats of phase 3 counseling. The candidates who were allotted seats in Phase -I & Phase 2 counseling (both reported and not reported candidates) are not eligible for Mop up round.

Candidates will receive the message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat, if seat is allotted. The candidates are also instructed to visit the website : https://ug.ntruhsadmissions.com/ for status of allotment.
Candidate can download the provisional allotment order on payment of University Fee Rs. 10,600/- through payment gateway.The students can login and view the college wise list of selected candidates in the website . Candidates who have paid university fee in the earlier phases need not pay again.
Candidates are informed to check their final allotment on website and take the printout of allotment letter from the web and report to the respective colleges on or before the date specified on the date specified on the Provisional allotment letter.
Candidate who has already joined and slid to another college is deemed to be relieved from the previous college and has to report to the Principal of now allotted college with
a. Allotment letter of phase -3 counseling (P3)
b. Custodian certificate issued by the previous college
c. Admission letter issued by the previous admitted college affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS
d. Shall pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will lose the admission. The candidate also informed to intimate the Principal of earlier college about the allotment of seat in phase-3 counseling.
Candidates who are allotted seat in the phase-3 have to report to the allotted college with all original certificates, provisional allotment order and provisional verification copy and pay the tuition fee and college fee.
The original certificates will be verified at the college and in case of any discrepancy the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University regulations.
If the candidate slides to other college during phase-3 of counselling, the original certificates will be sent to the college concerned after the closure of admissions.
The University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Candidates are permitted to withdraw from the course on or before 19.04.2022. After 19.04.2022, no candidate is permitted to withdraw from the course till closure of the admissions.
If any candidate wants cancel the BDS seat in the middle of the course or after closure of admission he/she has to pay penalty of Rs.1,00,000/- plus GST @ 18% applicable as per orders of Government of AP.
