JIPMER issues notice on Submission of dissertation by final year PG degree students

Puducherry: Through a recent circular, the JIPMER has informed about the Submission of two copies of dissertation books and a soft copy of the dissertation by the final year Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DM/MCH) students who are Appearing for the final examination in December 2020.

It is informed that all the final year Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DM/MCH) students who were admitted during January 2018 Session and are due to appear for their final examination in December 2020, have to submit their Dissertation books (two copies) at Cabin No: 8 Dean (Research) office, first floor. Admin Block, and also a soft copy of the Dissertation to be mailed to pgdissertatonjipmer@gmail.com on or before 15th October 2020 after paying a fee of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only). The payment has to be made only through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.

However, the dissertation will be accepted up to 31st October 2020 with a condonation fee of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in addition to the dissertation fee. The students are advised to follow the guidelines for preparation and submission of dissertation books given under section 11 & 12 of the PG Dissertation Guidelines 2020

The last date for submission of dissertation protocols by the PG students of July 2020 batch to Dean (Research) office for onward transmission to the ethics committee is as follows:-

The procedure for approval and submission of protocols are given under Section 5 (Protocol preparation and submission') of PG Dissertation Guidelines-2020 and should be strictly complied with.
