KNRUHS published conduct of Final MBBS Part II theory supplementary  exams October 2021

Telangana: Through a recent notice, the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has announced the conduct of final MBBS Part – II theory supplementary examinations in the month of October, 2021.

The registration of candidates for Final MBBS Part II Supplementary Examinations to be commenced from 20.10.2021.

The eligibility to appear for the final MBBS Part-II theory examinations is mentioned below:

1. The MBBS students who have been admitted into the Medical colleges affiliated to KNRUHS in Telangana State, whose admissions are approved by the KNRUHS during the academic year 2016-17, failed, detained, or not appeared for the previously held examinations are eligible to appear for Final MBBS Part-II supplementary examinations in the month of October 2021.

2. Candidates who are having 75% of attendance and scored 35 % of marks in internal assessment examinations are eligible to appear in the Final MBBS examinations.

3. Cutoff date for calculation of attendance percentage will be 31.08.2021

4. The upload of attendance percentage and internal assessment marks of the candidates is from 16.09.2021 to 18.09.2021.

5. The confirmation date for attendance percentage and internal assessment marks of the candidates is 21.09.2021.

Digital Valuation and Providing only single answer booklet without additional answer booklet

The University is a Digital campus and implementing digital valuation for all courses. For MBBS Course exam will be conducted with a single answer booklet with 64 writable pages with candidate-specific bar code on each page for the candidates appearing for examinations and no additional answer book will be issued to the candidates. The candidates should answer all the questions in the single answer booklet of 64 writable pages only.

Marks Memo

Rs. 300/-

Processing Fee

Rs. 350/-

Provisional Fee

Rs. 400/-

Note: Processing fee for the students appearing for the first time only. No processing fee for the backlog students.

EXAMINATION FEE DATES

24.09.2021 to 30.09.2021 (Without Fine)

Rs. 2400/- + Rs. 300/- + Rs. 350/- + Rs. 400/- = Rs. 3450/-

05.10.2021 (With a fine of Rs. 200/-)

Rs. 2400/- + Rs. 300/- + Rs. 350/- + Rs. 400/- + Rs. 200/- = Rs. 3650/-

06.10.2021 & 10.10.2021 (Offline payment with a fine of Rs. 5000/- in addition to the previous fine of Rs. 200/-)

DD drawn in favor of "THE REGISTRAR, KNRUHS" payable at Warangal must reach the University by 10.10.2021 04:00pm.

Rs. 2400/- + Rs. 300/- + Rs. 350/- + Rs. 400/- + Rs. 200/- + Rs. 5000/- = Rs. 8650/-

The practical/ Clinical and Viva Examination dates will be informed in due course.

Further, you are directed to submit the Expenditure bills for the previously sanctioned advance amount within 15 days (if not submitted already) and a requisition letter for sanction of Advance amount (Prescribed Proforma) for the conduct of Examinations should be sent well in advance before the examination date. Without receiving the requisition, the advance amount will not be sanctioned for the conduct of examinations. The payment of remuneration amount shall be spent as per the University norms. You are requested to pay personal attention to this matter as there are audit objections with regard to examination payments and non-submission of expenditure bills.
