Telangana: This year Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has 1278 seats for the PG medical admissions.

The seat matrix has been announced for competent quota authority for non–service, service, and minority colleges.

Instructions to candidates:

1. Eligible Candidates per provisional final merit list can exercise web options for Post Graduate seats in all affiliated Medical colleges and NIMS, Hyderabad, as per their eligibility, interest and priority.

2. Eligible Service Candidates whose names are displayed in the provisional final merit list of PG Medical Admissions on the KNURHS website can exercise web options for PG Degree/ Diploma seats notified under the service quota seat matrix for Medical Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS.

3. Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus of KNRUHS/NIMS and the Government orders on Rules of PG admissions available on the website before exercising web options for the regulations.

4. Candidates exercising web options for PG Medical Degree / Diploma courses are informed that there is no limit of choices (number) for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for any subjects and colleges the candidate is interested in joining as per the candidate's eligibility.

5. Candidates are advised to exercise web options for PG seats in courses and colleges they are interested in joining. If they are not interested in joining any subject or college, they should not exercise web options for the same.

6. Candidates on the merit list are informed that if they do not exercise web options in the first phase of counselling, they are not eligible to exercise web options in subsequent phases of counselling to prevent seat blocking.

7. Candidates are informed that if they exercise web- options for a seat and are allotted a pg seat as per their choice in the web- counselling, and if they do not join the course at the allotted college, they will not be eligible for exercising web- options for subsequent rounds of counselling.

8. Candidates can exercise options on the web through a computer either from home / any other place having an internet facility. Don't use mobiles and Tabs for exercising web options.

9. One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of saving web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z (for details, read instructions to the candidates before giving options.

10. Candidates are instructed to take a printout of saved options.

11. Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after allotment of seat allotted. Candidates are also directed to check their allotment status on the website.

12. The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee through the Online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of the respective college on or before the last date specified on the allotment letter.

13. Candidates are informed that the final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action may be initiated as per University Regulations.

14. Selected candidates must report to the respective colleges before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and the relevant bonds and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. Suppose the candidate does not fulfil the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date. In that case, the admission will be cancelled automatically, and the candidate will not be permitted to exercise web options for subsequent rounds to prevent seat blocking.

15. Original certificates will not be returned to the admitted candidate unless the candidate discontinues the course before the second phase of counselling. If the candidate slides to another college during the second phase of counselling, the original certificates will be returned to the candidate for submission at slid college.

16. Candidates are informed that as per Hon'ble Supreme Court orders and MCC/DGHS, Ministry of Health Government of India notice no. U- 12021/01/2022-MEC, dated. 12th July 2022 and in accordance with GO.Ms.No. 109 HM & FW Department, dated. 22nd August 2022, admitted candidates are not permitted to withdraw from the course after the second phase of counselling. Candidates are also informed that admitted candidates who have joined upto round 2 of All India quota and State Quota shall not be eligible for further rounds of All India Quota and State Quota.

17. Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.50 lakhs aer Government Orders if ttheydiscontinue the course after the second phase of counselling to get their original certificates back.

18. The University fee and other fees, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
