ACPUGMEC releases Important Instructions for MBBS, BDS Candidates on Round 2 refund process
Ahmedabad: Through a recent notice, the ACPUGMEC has released the Important Instruction for MBBS and BDS Candidates with respect to the Refund (Round 2) for Undergraduate Admission Process Academic Year 2020-21
All the concerned MBBS and BDS candidates are requested to view the said details as mentioned below:
b. The refund amount will be paid through Electronic Transfer in their bank account.
c. Following are the reasons for the failure of the transaction
1) Mismatch in filled Account Details: Wrong Account No.; Wrong IFSC Code; etc
2) Dormant/Freeze account due to banking reasons
a. The online module for Refund Process will start from February 16, 2021 till 4:00 pm on February 26, 2021
b. If any mistake is found in the details of the refund, then report ACPUGMEC through the following e-mail: medadmgujarat2018@gmail.com.
All the students who got admission in medical/dental and have to get a refund from the tuition fee paid at the admission committee will have to fill in the details of their refund, college of admission as well as bank account details in the online form on Click Here. Refunds of tuition fees to all students will be credited to their bank account by Electronic Transfer by the Admissions Committee. If any error is found in the refund details, it should be reported to the admissions committee's e-mail medadmgujarat2018@gmail.com.
NRI students will also have to go through the procedure as mentioned above to withdraw the deposit paid at the Admissions Committee here. NRI students should not provide NRE / NRO account details for withdrawal of deposit.
Every student and parent is informed that the original certificates and tuition fees (one term) of the students who got admission in Medical and Dental Graduate Courses (MBBS and BDS) have been submitted by the Admissions Committee here. Therefore, for any problem/confusion related to original certificates and tuition fees, one has to contact any institution.
