AFMS PG medical admissions 2025 document submission deadline revised for priority III, IV candidates

New Delhi: The Directorate General of Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS) has issued an important notice revising the deadline for submission of documents by Priority-III and Priority-IV candidates seeking admission to Post Graduate medical courses (MD, MS, DNB) in AFMS institutions for the academic session 2025-28.
The revised notice has been issued in reference to the Information Bulletin for Post Graduate Courses in AFMS Institutions through NEET PG 2025 and NEET MDS 2025, along with a Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) web notice dated January 29, 2026, which announced the schedule for Round-3 choice filling.
According to the MCC notification, choice filling for Round-3 counselling is open until 8:00 AM on January 30, 2026. In view of this development, DGAFMS has revised the last date for submission of the requisite documents by Priority-III and Priority-IV candidates. The documents must now be submitted by 6:30 PM on January 29, 2026, via email to the given email address.
For candidates seeking consideration under Priority-III, DGAFMS has reiterated that the Sponsorship Certificate must have reached the Office of DGAFMS through the parent organisation on or before November 4, 2025. In addition, candidates are required to forward their NEET PG 2025 score card and admit card for verification.
Candidates applying under Priority-IV must submit their NEET PG 2025 score card, admit card, and release order to be considered for admission.
The notice further states that the list of eligible Priority-III and Priority-IV candidates will be forwarded to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) in accordance with the revised schedule for further processing in the counselling rounds.
Candidates have been advised to ensure timely submission of all required documents, as the revised timeline is aligned with the ongoing Round-3 PG medical counselling process.
