Assam PG Medical admissions 2025 round 2 choice filling to end tomorrow, seat allotment from december 17

According to the notice issued by the DME Assam in this regard, the processing of seat allotment will take place from December 17 to December 20, 2025. Following this, a college-wise and subject-wise list of provisionally selected candidates, along with admission modalities, will be published on December 21, 2025.

Online Registration for the counselling was available at the official website of this Directorate from 10 to 12 December 2025, midnight. Below is the detailed schedule-

Meanwhile, through the notice issued by DME Assam in this regard, it is been informed to all concerned that the 2nd round online counselling for admission into the vacant Post Graduate seats in the Government Medical Colleges of Assam and BBCI, Guwahati under Assam State Quota for session 2025 will be held as per the “Medical Colleges of Assam (Regulation of Admission into Post Graduate Degree and Diploma Courses) Rules, 2021 (Amendment upto date)”.

Candidates who appeared in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE), New Delhi and who meet the cut-off score in NEET PG-2025 may participate in the online counselling. Further, the name and NEET PG-2025 Roll No. of the candidate must be present in the State provisional merit list published by this Directorate.
