BFUHS Extends Willingness Submission, resignation Deadline for NEET PG Round 3 Counselling 2024
Punjab- Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has extended the date for submission of willingness for the 3rd round of Punjab State Postgraduate (PG) counselling 2024. The willingness date of Punjab State to participate in the 3rd round has been extended up to 10th January 2024, earlier, the last date was fixed up to 02nd January 2025.
With this, candidates who have joined the seat of Round-1/ Round 2 of Punjab State PG Medical Counseling are allowed to resign/surrender the seat upto 10 January 2025 with forfeiture of security deposit/fee. The security amount to be deposited for submitting the willingness is Rs.25000/- (Rs.10000/- for SC/BC) for Government colleges and Rs.2,00,000/- for both Government and Private colleges.
This extension announcement has been made by BFUHS through a notice stating that in reference to the various requests received to extend the Punjab State 3rd Round PG Counselling time/schedule as the All India 3rd Round Counselling by MCC has not yet started and has been delayed. Therefore, considering that the process of All India Counselling for the 3rd Round has not yet started, candidates are informed that the date of wishing to participate in the Punjab State 3rd Round is extended.
Moreover, the notice further informed that the final schedule will be displayed in consonance with the process of All India 3rd round counselling as and when GOI/MCC will release a fresh schedule for respective states. Therefore, candidates are required to keep in touch with the BFUHS website and MCC website for updates regularly.
Meanwhile, BFUHS has recently begun the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Round 3 Counselling 2024. As per the schedule, BFUHS commenced NEET PG Round 3 Counselling 2024 from December 30, 2024, which will end on January 18, 2024.
