BFUHS Issues Notice on NEET UG Counselling Physical Stray Vacancy Round
Punjab : Through a recent notice, BFUHS (Baba Farid University of Health Sciences) has informed to the NEET UG-2022 aspirants that it is mandatory to appear personally in the Stray Vacancy Round of Counseling, otherwise no allotment will be made.
It is explicitly made clear that every candidate must bring the following original documents at the time of document verification at the counseling venue, otherwise your candidature will not be considered:
1. NTA Form (Confirmation Page).
2. NEET UG-2022 Result card
3. Matric (10th Class Certificate) for verification of age.
4. 10+1 Detailed Marks Card for verification that candidate has studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
5. 10+2 Detailed Marks Card for verification of eligibility as per Punjab Govt. Notification and NEET UG2022 Bulletin.
6. Bonafide Punjab Resident Certificate.
7. Exemption certificate (if any).
8. Certificate from the head of the Institute where passed 10+1 and 10+2 examination.
9. Compulsory affidavit by parent/guardian (in case of minor child) or by the student (in case of major child).
10. Gap Certificate (if any).
11. Original Receipt of Deposition of Fee/Security Amount.
12. Reserve category certificate (if any)
13. Any other relevant document required as per eligibility as mentioned in the Prospectus and NEET UG2022 Bulletin.
All the instructions as given in the Prospectus and Notification must be followed in letter and spirit. The candidates are further directed to follow the COVID guidelines issued by the Govt. of India & Govt. of Punjab from time to time.
