BFUHS revises round 1 NEET counselling dates
Faridkot: The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, revised the schedule for the first round of the NEET UG 2026 online counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions in Punjab for the academic year 2026-27.
As per the revised timeline issued by the BFUHS Admission Branch, the university will publish the provisional seat allotment result on August 27, 2026, instead of the earlier date of August 22.
Candidates who find any discrepancy in the provisional allotment will be able to submit their objections on August 28, 2026. After considering the objections received from candidates, the university will publish the revised provisional seat allotment, if required, on August 29, 2026.
The physical reporting period for provisionally allotted candidates has also been pushed back. Candidates will now have to report to their respective allotted colleges from August 30 to September 5, 2026, instead of the earlier August 25–28 window. Below is the detailed revised schedule-

The revised schedule is important for candidates participating in the first round of Punjab NEET UG counselling, as all further admission formalities will now follow these fresh dates.
