BOPEE To Conduct Special Stray Vacancy Round On 25th November For MD, MS, DNB Courses
Jammu & Kashmir: The Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has announced the counselling schedule for special stray vacancy round of DNB, MD, and MS courses.

DNB -
The eligible and willing candidates have to report at BOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon on 25.11.2023.
MD, MS -
The eligible and willing candidates have to report at BOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar for Registration/Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on 25.11.2023.
The following procedure shall be followed during the conduct of the Special Stray Vacancy Round of physical counselling –
The candidates who are not holding any seat either in the All India Quota (AIQ) or State Quota are eligible to participate in the Special Stray Vacancy Round. However, candidates who did not join their seats allotted through MCC Round - 3 onwards are “Not Eligible” to participate.
The Special Stray Vacancy Round is not an upgrade round. Joined candidates of earlier rounds will not be given the chance of upgradation.
Candidates already holding a seat/joined through AIQ or State counselling, including private/Deemed quota seats, are not eligible to participate in the Special Stray Vacancy Round of MCC.
The candidates who have not been allotted any seat or remained absent during the 1st, 2nd / Mop-up round of counselling shall be eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
The eligible participating candidates shall be advised to bring a Domicile certificate, NBE Score Card and a copy of NOC issued by the concerned department at the time of counselling, failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling.
The candidates who are participating for the first time in the counselling shall have to pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs. 2000/- physically through POS machines kept available at BOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar on the day of counselling.
