CENTAC publishes draft merit list of NEET Counselling candidates
Puducherry: Through a recent notice, the Government of Puducherry Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC) has recently released the draft merit list for NEET counselling candidates appearing for MBBS , BDS and BAMS admissions.
State Counselling Authority, CENTAC, does counselling for all the NEET-UG seats in the Puducherry to various colleges.
According to CENTAC, the merit list is prepared under Government, Management, Management (Telugu Minority), Management (Christian Minority), NRI Quota.

Candidates with objections can apply for objections only through Dashboard (using login credentials) on or before 24th January 2022 until 6:00 pm. After the candidate makes the objections, the final merit list will be published.
The candidate should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or complete that age on or before 31st December. Candidates of General (UR)/General-EWS & Candidates of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD category must be born on or before 31st December 2004. Indian Citizens/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) intending to pursue UG Medical Courses also need to qualify NEET (UG).
Admission to the NEET-UG courses is based on the NEET 2021 rank of the candidates. The allotment will be based on eligibility, applicable reservation, seat category, and NEET rank.
Candidates will have to submit Nationality/ Domicile/ Residence Certificate, Class 10 & Class 12 Certificates, Regional Reservation Certificate (if applicable), Category Certificate (if applicable), NEET-UG 2021 Admit Card and Score Card, Certificate of Sub Category, If Applicable, and ID Proof.
NEET UG Counselling process –
1. Candidate Registration.
2. Choice Filling and Locking (Round 1).
3. Seat Allotment Result (Round 1).
4. Reporting to college.
5. New Registration (Round 2).
6. Fresh Choice Filling and Locking (Round 2).
7. Seat Allotment Result (Round 2).
8. Reporting to college (Round 2).
