DME Chhattisgarh Invites Online Applications for NEET PG 2024 State Quota MD, MS Admissions.

Chhattisgarh- The Director of Medical Education (DME), Chattisgarh has released a notification regarding the online application for admission to state quota seats of postgraduate medical (MD/MS) course of Chhattisgarh state for admission year 2024.

DME Chattisgarh is inviting online applications from all the eligible candidates declared by the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to the state quota postgraduate medical (MD/MS) seats of Chhattisgarh for admission year 2024 along with fee.

As per the notification, the registration is starting today i.e. 06th November 2024 which will continue till 11th November 2024. While registering candidates also need to pay the application fee of Rs 2,000/-. Meanwhile, the schedule for the choice filling and locking will be released separately in due course of time.

Meanwhile, candidates also need to pay the security deposit amount, however, it is to be noted that the amount is refundable, but if a person does not take admission after being allotted a PG seat in the 2nd counselling or leaves the seat after taking admission, then this amount will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT POINTS

1 It is to be noted that if after completing the online application, the candidate has also locked and submitted the online application and still wants to make any changes in the online application, the facility of free reset will be available till the last date of application.

2 Any error in the online application (such as incomplete application/registration fee not deposited through the gateway, etc.) makes the candidate ineligible. Therefore, completing the process 24 hours before the last date of the online application is a safe process.

3 Internet banking, Debit Cards & Credit Card, Options are available for fee payment. Candidates are advised to pay the application fee and registration amount (security deposit amount) through candidates' own bank account or their parent's or guardian's bank account. Also, they have to provide an alternate bank account number in case of any exigency. If the candidate is eligible for a refund as per the rules, the registration amount (security deposit amount) will be refunded to the depositor account from which the registration fee has been paid by the candidate.

4 It is advisable to keep the alternate bank account in active mode along with the primary bank account. If due to some unavoidable and technical reasons, the refund is not credited to the primary bank account, then the refund will be credited to the alternate active bank account provided by the candidate on the registration portal.

6. During the online application, it is mandatory for serving candidates to upload a service certificate.

7 The entire process of counselling (payment of registration fee, selection of institute and subject, choice locking, bonus percentage etc.) is done by the candidate himself, hence in case of providing incomplete or wrong information, if the registration or allotment of the candidate is cancelled, then the entire responsibility will be of the candidate only and this office or the counselling committee will not be responsible in any way.
