DME Gujarat notifies on Spot Round For CPS Diploma admissions, details

DME Gujarat notifies on Spot Round For CPS Diploma admissions, details

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the conduction of a spot round for CPS Diploma courses. The seat matrix and the institute-wise admitted list have also been released.

As per the notice, the spot round will be conducted on 13.4.2023 at the Admission Committee office, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar. Eligible candidates who have cleared NEET-PG 2022, completed their MBBS from a recognized university in India or any other country, and are eligible for the NMC's Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations can apply for offline admission according to the guidelines provided.

All the candidates, who want to participate in the offline round 3 for spot admission in CPS Diploma Courses, must remain at the place mentioned above along with all necessary original documents and required tuition fees. Those who will remain absent at the date and time of counselling allotted to them will have no right to admission. Authority Letter or Proxy will not be allowed for taking admission in offline counselling.

All the candidates must see the vacancy status available for CPS counselling on the admission committee's website. The admission committee will allot the seats to available vacancies. They will be called as per the merit rank and be given admission on vacant seats during counselling. If they are unwilling to take admission to the offered seat, they can refuse it.

The candidate is required to bring the following original documents at the time of counselling –

1. All year MBBS attempt-wise Marksheets

2. 12 months internship completion certificate

3. Provisional Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India OR Permanent Registration of State Medical Council OR Medical Council of India

4. Copy of NEET-PG-2022 Marksheet

5. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship: School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate

6. Domicile Certificate (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar / Executive Magistrate / Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only (in case of candidate born outside of Gujarat)

7. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only

8. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by

9. Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt. 01/04/2020.

10. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt. 01/04/2020

11. 12th Marksheet

12. Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat & only if their birthplace is outside Gujarat)

13. Photocopy of Disability certificate issued by competent Authority (if applicable)

14. NBE Screening Test result in case of Foreign Medical Graduate students

DME has further notified that the candidate, without original documents and prescribed fees, will not be granted admission under any circumstances. CPS Diploma Courses tuition fees are 6 Lakh/Year for Merit Quota Seats and 12 to 18 Lakh/Year for Institutional Quota Seats in private institutions. The Candidate has to pay Tuition Fees for one term (6 months) by Cash OR Demand Draft in favour of ACPPGMEC payable at Gandhinagar.
