Gujarat MBBS, BDS, AYUSH Admissions: 1272 seats available in 4th Stray Vacancy Round, Details
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME) has announced the vacancy list 4th stray vacancy round and admitted candidate list for MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS courses.
A total of 1272 are allocated for the 4th stray vacancy round. MBBS has 150 seats, BDS has 432 seats, BAMS has 223 seats, and BHMS has 467 seats. To view the seat matrix, click on https://medicaldialogues.in/pdf_upload/vac180422-174548.pdf
In the view of ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and in compliance with the advisory issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and instructions from the Government of Gujarat, the stray vacancy rounds are being conducted offline through video conferencing only.
The counselling process for the 4th stray vacancy round started on 18th April 2022 and will continue till 20th April 2022. No proxy and authority will be allowed in the 4th stray vacancy round which is an offline counselling process, so candidates must come in person as per the schedule of their merit numbers. Candidates should not leave admission premises till instructed by the ACPUGMEC officer. They must reach the selected help centre 30 minutes before the scheduled time for counselling.
The candidates are being called as per the merit rank and will be allotted admission on vacant seats as well as a vacancy arises due to up-gradation of seats during counselling. The candidates will be offered seats as per the previous closure, vacancy and merit rank. If the candidates are not willing to take admission to the offered seat, they can refuse the admission. In such a case, their previous admission will remain as it is.
All the candidates who are included in the merit list can participate in this round, except the candidates, who have secured and joined admission in round 2 of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).
