Gujarat PG medical admissions 2025: 849 seats vacant after round 3 counselling

Gujarat: The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has released the official list of vacant seats after Round 3 counselling for MD, MS, Diploma and DNB courses for the academic year 2025-26.
As per the vacant seat list, a total of 849 postgraduate seats remain vacant across Government, Institutional, Management, NRI, and In-Service quotas in medical colleges across the state. Below is the detailed vacant seats list-

With 849 PG medical seats remaining vacant after Round 3, eligible NEET-PG 2025 candidates may have further opportunities in upcoming counselling rounds or stray vacancy rounds.
However, the admissions will be conducted strictly as per merit, reservation norms, and counselling guidelines notified by the Government of Gujarat. Candidates must adhere to deadlines and instructions issued by the committee.
