Gujarat PG medical admissions 2025: DME to close allotment process soon, 357 seats vacant after round 2
Gujarat: The Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has commenced the second round of allotment and reporting for admission to MD, MS, and Diploma courses for the academic year 2025-26.
In this regard, the Director of Medical Education (DME) of Gujarat has announced the detailed schedule.
The allotment and reporting process applies to all eligible candidates included in the ACPPGMEC merit list, seeking admission to Government, Management, and NRI quota seats in Government and Self-Financed Medical Colleges across Gujarat. According to the schedule, the allotment and reporting process will end on 30 December 2025. Below is the detailed schedule-

Along with this, ACPPGMEC, Government of Gujarat, has released the list of vacant postgraduate medical seats after Round 2 counselling, arising due to non-conversion and non-joining of candidates, for the academic year 2025-26. According to the list of vacant PG seats, a total of 357 seats are vacant across MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB courses remain vacant in government and self-financed medical colleges across Gujarat.
Of these, a total of 5 seats are vacant in DNB, 250 seats are vacant in MD and 102 seats are vacant in MS. The list of vacant PG medical seats has been published on the official website of DME Gujarat. Therefore, candidates can view and download the same from there. Below is the detailed vacancy-
