INI CET July 2023 Session: AIIMS To Release Counselling Schedule Soon
Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) will release the counseling schedule for INI CET July 2023 Session soon. The courses included are MD, MS, DM (6 yrs), MCh (6 yrs) & MDS. The result for the same has already been announced in May 2023.
The INI CET test is conducted for Institute of National Importance (INIs), namely, AIIMS New Delhi, AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Nagpur, AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Rishikesh, AIIMS Bibinagar, AIIMS Bhatinda, AIIMS Deoghar, AIIMS Mangalagiri, AIIMS Raebareli, AIIMS Kalyani, AIIMS Bilaspur, JIPMER, Puducherry, NIMHANS, Bengaluru, PGIMER, Chandigarh, and SCTIMST, Trivandrum.
AIIMS will release the schedule for counseling on its official website. The candidates who have qualified as per the exam conducted will be called for counseling. The seat allocation for the available postgraduate seats in participating INIs will be done online mode only. The seat allocation will be conducted for at least Two (2) Rounds, followed by Open Round. Additional Rounds of seat allocation may be done before the Open Round if needed. The detailed time schedules will be announced in due course of time.
For 1st and 2nd Rounds of seat allocation, qualified candidates will be called for seat allocation from the list of eligible candidates for admission.
The seat allocation will be done in order of merit, choices made by the candidate, and as per the reservation policies of individual INIs about Institutional Preference, Community reservation (OBC, SC, ST, EWS, etc.), and PwBD as applicable, through a process of Institute-wise Synchronization of Seat Allocation (In SAS).
Postgraduate seats remaining vacant even after the open Round may be filled by the conduct of a ‘Spot Round’ by individual INIs after due approval of their competent authority.
